Early on, I recognized that I would be working with people with limited Internet and website experience.

So it was important to develop an Administrative "Dashboard" that would be simple to use and navigate.

This Dashboard is actually a password-protected website of its own, where access is granted by permission.  Only those who will be responsible for your website content have access to this dashboard.

The permission level defined for a given administrator determines what that user can see and operate on the Admin Dashboard.

Part of that issue was resolved by creating limited page access, so a user wouldn't be bothered with anything more than what he or she was assigned to manage.

Beyond that, every administrator has access to the Virtual Help Desk, which includes help videos and documents for all of the most used applications.
